1 c. unsalted butter
1 c. white sugar
1 c. light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. & 2 tbsp. flour
3 c. rolled oats
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
½ c. wheat germ (opt.)
1 ½ c. raisins
1 ¼ chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Beat together sugars and butter, add eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients in bowl and add gradually to above. Then add raisins and nuts. Drop by ice creams scoop onto cookie sheet. Press down lightly with wet hand. Bake @350º for 15 min.
