3/4 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 1/2 c All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 c Frozen Pink Lemonade (thawed)
1/2 Chopped Pecans or Pistachios

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

In your stand mixer cream together butter, sugar and eggs until smooth.
Combine all dry ingredients. Gradually stir into creamed mixture alternating with lemonade. Fold in nuts and blend well.

Spoon into greased and floured large loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour or until golden and tester comes out clean.

Cool for 5 minutes before turning out onto a cooling rack.

Slice, serve and enjoy.
