1 c butter
½ c brown sugar
1 t baking powder
1 egg
½ t grated lemon peel
½ t vanilla
2 ⅔ c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter until creamy. Add brown sugar and baking powder and beat well. Add egg, lemon peel and vanilla. Beat well. Stir in flour. DO NOT CHILL
Fill cookie press and press onto ungreased pans. Cookies can be decorated by brushing with beaten egg whites and sprinkled before baking. Bake at 375º for 9-10 minutes until firm but not browned.
