¾ c peanut butter
½ c shortening
⅓ c sugar
⅓ c brown sugar
1 egg
2 T milk
1 t vanilla
1 ⅓ c flour
½ t baking soda

¼ c sugar for rolling
30 mini peanut butter cups, cut in half

Icing and/or flowers to decorate

Directions:
Directions:
Mix peanut butter, shortening and sugars until blended. Add egg, milk and vanilla and beat until fluffy. Add baking soda and flour and stir until well mixed.
Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on parchment paper lined sheets. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately press ½ mini cup into center of cookie. If decorating as a flower pot with flower, place bottom close to one edge so you have room for “flower”.
Let cool to harden before decorating with icing flower.
