2 3/4 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. butter softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, stir together flour, baking soda and baking powder.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually blend in dry ingredients. Roll rounded into balls and place onto cookie sheet.

Bake on 350 for approximately 8 - 10 minutes.
