2 c. Flour
2 tsp.Baking powder
½ tsp. Salt
¼ c. Butter
¾ c. Sugar
1 egg, unbeaten
½ c. Milk
2 c. Blueberries, fresh or frozen

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

Cream butter, beat in sugar. Add egg and milk and beat until smooth. Fold in flour mixture. Then fold in blueberries.

Spread batter in a greased and floured 8 or 9” square pan.

Topping: ½ c. Sugar ¼ c. Flour ½ tsp. Cinnamon ¼ c. Butter
Mix together sugar, flour,and cinnamon. Cut in butter. Sprinkle crumb topping over batter.

Bake at 375º for 40-45 minutes.

Do not thaw frozen blueberries.
Gently stir ingredients for best results.
