Ox tails (enough to line the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch pan)
salt and pepper
garlic powder
soy sauce
1 sliced onion
2-3 bay leaves

Directions:
Directions:
1. Trim as much fat as you can from the oxtails

2. Season oxtails with salt and pepper and a light sprinkling of garlic powder

3. Place in pan

4. Sprinkle with soy sauce (don't drown them)

5. Cover with sliced onion and bay leaves

6. Add 1 cup of water

7. Cover with foil

8. Bake in 325º oven for 3 hours

Place on top of a pile of buttered rice. Spoon broth on top if desired
