2 pounds 93% lean ground beef, browned
1/2 onion, chopped
1 package ranch dressing mix
2 packages taco seasoning mix
1 can kidney beans, undrained
1 can pinto beans, undrained
1 can black beans, undrained
28 ounce can diced tomatoes, undrained
2 cans corn, undrained
1 Tbsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp chipotle chili powder (optional)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a large pot. Add water if soup is too thick. Simmer 2 hours.
Serve with broken chips, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
