454 g (1 lb. ) ground turkey
1 T olive oil
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 T. chili powder
1 t. paprika
2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
½ t. black pepper
1 T. hot chocolate mix
1 cup chunky salsa ( Cheryl puts a jar in)
1 (19 0z./540 ml) can chopped tomatoes
1 (19 0z./540 ml) can of red kidney beans
½ cup (125ml) small can whole corn kernels or frozen corn

Directions:
Directions:
Heat large saucepan over med. heat. Add onion & garlic & cook for 2 min.
Add turkey & cook 8 - 9 min. breaking up into small pieces.
Add remaining ingredients bring to a boi, reduce heat & simmer for 35 - 40 min
Serve with rice or your favourite toppings, (grated cheese, sour cream etc.
