1 - 17oz can creamed corn
1 cup milk
1 egg well beaten
1 cup saltine cracker crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
3 tbs finely chopped pepper ( I use red)
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup buttered cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat corn and milk, add beaten egg and mix well. Add saltine cracker crumbs, chopped onion, pepper, and salt. mix well pour in 8 inch round baking dish, Top with buttered crumbs bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
