4 eggs
3-4 mushrooms, chopped small
large handful bean sprouts
handful of chicken, finely chopped
1 T. vegetable oil
10 - 12 sliced water chestnuts
soy sauce, several splashes
mushroom gravy

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add other ingredients, except oil. Heat oil in skillet on medium high heat. Spoon mixture into skillet in the size of a pancake. Turn when browned. Serve with mushroom gravy spooned over the top.
