16 oz. frozen California Blend Vegetables
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 t. pepper
1 jar chopped pimentos (optional)
1 can french fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimentos and 1/2 onions. Pour into 1 qt. casserole and bake, covered at 350 for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake an additional 5 minutes. Can be microwaved. Cook, uncovered on high 8 minutes turning halfway through. Top with remaining cheese and onions and cook uncovered on high for 1 minute or until cheese melts.
