6 slices french bread, 1 in. thick
1 small tomato, seeded and chopped (1/2 c.)
1/3 c. pesto
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375. Pace bread on ungreased cookie sheet. Spread each slice with scant tablespoon of pesto. Top each with tomato and sprinkle with cheese. Bake about 8 minutes until hot and cheese is melted.
