1 cup cornmeal
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup cream corn
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together corn meal, baking powder, soda and salt. Add eggs and mix. Stir in corn, cooking oil and sour cream. Pour into a greased 8 x 8 inch cake pan. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 25 minutes or until browned.

Of all the other corn bread recipes I've tried this is the absolute best one without flour, or with for that matter. It's light and moist and goes wonderful with any stew or as a pot pie topping. Gluten free my friends.
