"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 - 3 chicken breasts

Chicken bouillon

1 handful of dried, minced onions

2 small cans of diced jalapenos

2 - 3 big spoonfuls of mayonnaise

Garlic Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the chicken breasts in chicken bouillon with a handful of dried, minced onions for about 10 minutes.

When chicken is done, finely chop the breasts. You can either discard the broth or save for some other recipe (chicken noodle soup!)

Mix the chicken, jalapenos, and mayonnaise together. The less mayonnaise, the hotter the mixture.

Once you get the right combination, then add garlic salt to taste.

Serve with tostadas or tortilla chips.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
You can use pickled jalapenos if you want, but you have to chop them up into small pieces, and the taste is somewhat different from the canned jalapenos.
