2 1/2 flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon dry yeast
1 1/2 cups warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve the dry yeast in the warm water.
Mix the flour and salt in a bowl and make a well in the center.
Pour the yeast water into the center.
Mix until it forms a ball.
Knead well with hands. The dough should not stick to your fingers.
Cover the bowl with a damp dish cloth and allow to rise in a warm place.
After an hour, the dough should have doubled in size.
On a floured table, knead the dough again and press it into a long shape.
Grease a baking sheet and turn the oven on to 375º F
Put the dough on the sheet and score with a knife.
Let stand for 30 minutes.
Bake for 30 minutes.
