1 cake mix
1 stick of butter or margarine, melted
1 egg

1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 c white or chocolate chips
OR
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1¾ c peanut butter or butterscotch chips
¾ c peanut butter
OR
1 1/2 c carmel dip

TOPPINGS
Chopped nuts, chocolate chips, mini M&M’s, mini marshmallows, graham cracker chunks, raisins, craisins

Grease 9X13 pan. Mix dry cake mix and melted butter till crumbly. Reserve ½ cup for topping. Mix egg into rest of cake mix and press into pan. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. It will be puffy and lightly browned.
While this is baking, heat condensed milk until bubbly. Stir in choice of chips until melted. Stir in peanut butter, if using. Pour carefully over crust. Sprinkle with you choice of toppings. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake for additional 15-20 minutes.
Possible combinations:
Chocolate chips, nuts, mini M&M’s
Dried cranberries, white chips & chopped nuts
S’mores-Chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, graham crackers chunks
Salted peanut chews-peanuts and mini marshmallows
Rocky road- ½ bag mini marshmallows, 1 cup peanuts, reserve ½ c melted mixture and drizzle over
