Cornbread:
4 C. corn meal (yellow, plain)
2 tbsp. Baking powder
1 tbsp. salt
1/3 c. Crisco liquid
2 C. all purpose flour (plain)
2½-3 C. milk
2 eggs

Dressing:
2 medium onions, chopped
4 boiled eggs, chopped
1 bunch of celery, chopped.
4 cups chicken broth
1 whole container of rubbed sage

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the cornbread ingredients together and bake at 350º until brown (appx. 45min). Allow to cool then crumble.

For the dressing, add onions and celery to ½ chicken broth on the stove and saute until tender. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Mix together cornbread, sauteed vegetables, eggs, and sage in a greased casserole dish.

Bake at 350º for 30-45 min.
