1 Whole Chicken or various Chicken pieces

2 carrots

6 small potatoes

8 oz Whole Mushrooms

12 Brussel Sprouts

2 TBLS Paprika

2 TBLS Avocado Oil

Salt/ Pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Cut veggies into equal sized pieces.

Season chicken with paprika, salt & Pepper.

Put Veggies in baking pan- Top with chicken pieces. Drizzle oil over all.

Cover with foil and bake until chicken is done
