Banana Bars:
1 ½ cups sugar
½ cup margarine
2 eggs
1 cup low fat sour cream
1 ½ cups mashed bananas (3 large)
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ cup chopped pecans

Glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar
¼ cup margarine (sometimes I melt it)
1 ½ teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons hot water (may need 1-2 teaspoons extra)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cream sugar and margarine.
Add eggs and sour cream.
Beat in bananas and vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients and beat on medium.
Stir in pecans.
Spread in greased and floured jelly roll pan or cookie sheet with sides.
Bake until light brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
Beat glaze ingredients until smooth and of desired consistency
Frost bars with glaze while still warm.
