Watermelon/Blueberry Smoothie

1 cup watermelon chunks
1 cup chopped raw beets
1 cup frozen organic
strawberries
1/2 cup watermelon chunks
1 cup almond milk or hemp milk
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 Tbs. pumpkin seeds




Beet Smoothie

1 cup chopped raw beets
1 cup frozen organic
strawberries
1/2 cup watermelon chunks
1 cup non dairy milk of your
choice ( I like hemp)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
juice of half lemon
small piece of ginger
1 Tbs. ground flax seeds

Put in high speed blender and enjoy.
Serves 1. Preparation time: 15
