1½ c. finely chopped onion
1½ c. finely chopped celery
1 stick (½ cup) butter or margarine
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. poultry seasoning
½ tsp. sage
Pepper
8 c. dry unseasoned bread cubes
¼ c. water or broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion and celery in butter until tender. Mix seasonings together and sprinkle over bread cubes. Add onion mixture and water. Combine. Stuff thawed, rinsed turkey and roast immediately.
Makes 8 cups ( enough for 12 pound turkey).
