½ c. flour
1 tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pour drippings from roasting pan into large liquid measure. Spoon 4 tablespoons fat from top of drippings and return them to the roasting pan. Spoon any remaining fat from drippings. To the drippings add enough milk o make 4 cupfuls. Blend flour into fat in roasting pan and stir and heat to brown. Gradually add liquid, stirring to blend. Stir and heat to make a smooth gravy. Add finely chopped giblets, if desired. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Stir and cook 5 to 10 minutes.
Makes 4 cups.
