Dough:
1 egg
1 tsp salt
3 cup flour
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk

Filling:
12 oz cottage cheese dried
1 egg
1 small onion chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/3 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dough ingredients.
Mix filling ingredients.
Roll out dough. Cut into squares.
Fill with filling and seal edges with dab of water.
Boil in water till they rise to the surface for a minute.
Fry in butter.
Topped with onions or cream that is reduced.
Another option is to take the boiling water and add cream and vinegar for a broth.
