1 lb. ground beef
½ c. green pepper strips
½ c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. chili powder
2 cans Campbell's Chili Beef Soup
½ c. water
1 can (16 oz.) tomatoes, cut up
1 can (about 15½ oz.) kidney beans, undrained

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, brown beef and cook green pepper and onion with chili powder until tender (use shortening if necessary). Stir to separate meat. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 15 minutes; stir often. Makes about 8 cups.
