2 pkg. orange gelatin
2 c. boiling water
2 c.mixed pineapple and apricot juice
1 large can apricots, drained and diced
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1-2 c. miniature marshmallows
3 tbsp. flour
⅓-1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
2-3 tbsp. butter
1 c. whipped dessert topping mix or 1 c. heavy whipped cream
Grated cheese (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add 1 cup mixed fruit juices, apricots, pineapple and marshmallows. Add remaining juice (1 cup) slowly; cook until thickened. Add egg slowly; cook 1 minute. Add butter; remove from heat and cool. Fold in whipped cream. Spread over gelatin. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
