1 onion, chopped
16 oz can black beans
16 oz can pinto beans
8 oz can tomato sauce
10 oz frozen corn
2 14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes
1 small can of diced green chilies
1 packet of taco seasoning
1 tsp cumin
1 Tbsp chili powder
¼ C chopped cilantro

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients (except for cilantro) in crock pot
2. Cover and cook on low for 10 hours or on high for 6 hours

Top with fresh cilantro, vegan cheese, vegan greek yogurt, etc.
