6-7 Cups Rome or Jonathan apples (cored, peeled and sliced)
¾ - 1 Cup sugar based on tartness of apples
3 tbsp flour
½ tsp salt
¾ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp butter
2 pie crusts (upper and lower)

Classic Bill that he wrote this recipe without pie crusts or a lot of direction!
You can make pie crusts or use store bought which you can normally find in the freezer section. Place 1 crust in pie pan
and add all the sliced apples.

Mix together all the dry ingredients and pour evenly over apples.

Dot with butter in 4 or 5 places and put on upper crust.

Bake at 375-400º for about an hour.
