Ingredients:  
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup flour
3 cups milk
1 jar dried beef (5 oz) (You may substitute a can of tuna)
1/2 tsp pepper (If using tuna add 1/2 tsp salt)
Bread for making toast

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in pan over medium heat.
Add flour and stir till blended.
Cook for two to three minutes than add milk.
Cut or tear dried beef into small pieces and add to sauce.
Bring to a boil stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens (approximately 5 minutes).
Pour over toast and serve.
