1 stick butter
12 cup flour
5 cups milk
6 cups shredded cheese (cheddar for casual, mix of gruyere, fresh parmesan, white cheddar for fancy)
32 ounces pasta
4 slices white bread

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cook pasta until al dente. Pour into large casserole dish.
Melt 1 stick butter, wish flour in to create a roux. Slowly add 5 cups milk one cup at a time constantly wishing until thick and bubbly.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese until melted. Pour cheese mixture over pasta. The pasta should be drowning in the cheese.

Tear up bread slices into ½ inch pieces, melt 3 tbsp. butter and toss bread pieces in melted butter. Spread over top of pasta/cheese mixture.

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
