3 tbsp Butter
3 tbsp flour
2 cups stock
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp summer savory
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Add the butter and flour to a frying pan and whisk together until the raw flour taste is cooked out. Add in vegetable stock, turn the heat up and continue whisking. Add in soy sauce, summer savory and seasonings. Bring to a boil for about one minute or until the gravy starts to thicken up then remove from heat.

This gravy actually tastes really close to real gravy. If you ever have something that would be better with a little gravy, but don't have any meat drippings or don't feel like cooking a turkey, you can make this in a pinch!!
