3TBLS butter
1 onion, thinly slices into rings
1 C shredded gruyere cheese 94oz)
3/4 C corn bread stuffing
1tsp paprika
4 medium skinless, boneless chicken breasts
salt
pepper


1/2 C dry white wine
1/2 C chicken broth
2 TBLS butter


Directions:
Directions:
Melt 3 TBLS of butter in large skillet. Add the onion; cover and cook slowly until soft. Remove from heat.

Mix the cheese, stuffing mix and paprika together. Rinse the chicken breasts in cold water and pat dry. Put the chicken breasts in a casserole dish, and top with the onions. Cover with cheese and stuffing mixture.

Combine the white wine and chicken broth, pour over casserole.

Dot with 2TBLS butter.

Bake, uncovered in 350º oven for 35-40 minutes r until the topping is bubbly and lightly brown and the chicken is no longer pink.

Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
