28 oz Crushed Canned Tomatoes

1 lb ground beef- Organic / Beef Sirloin

1 lb sausage- 3 Spicy sausages- remove skin - break up

3 slices peppered bacon from Deli

Virgin olive oil

garlic

1 yellow onion

1 bunch of fresh basil

fresh parmesan cheese

Use 2 pkgs Barilla number 3 Spaghetti noodles

Dice & sauté onions, bacon, garlic in large pot - caramelize onions-( light brown)

Add raw meat- ground beef and break up sausages and crumble and cook in onion mixture

Add salt/ pepper/ 1 tsp red pepper flakes

Once mixture is browned add Canned crushed tomatoes- bring to boil- turn low once it boils. can add red wine.

Add 4-5 TBLS milk

pinch of sugar

Cover - simmer for a long time until very red.

15 minutes until done add fresh basil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese
