1 lb backfin crabmeat
1 lb cream cheese (2 Philadelphia Cream Cheese blocks)
2 cups shredded yellow Cheddar cheese
1 T minced onions, dried
½ cup real mayonnaise (Hellman’s is good)
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
½ tsp hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Allow cream cheese to soften.
MIx mayonnaise, minced onions, Old Bay, and hot sauce together.
After cream cheese is soft, add the Mayonnaise mixture and and Cheddar cheese into the cheese mix
Put in 1 ½ qt casserole dish.
Sprinkle some Old Bay on top and then cook uncovered in oven at 350º for about 5 minutes.
Ready when brown and bubbly on top.
Serve with sliced French bread.
