1 medium English cucumber
1 - 3 oz package cream cheese (softened)
2 tbsp. mayo or salad dressing
1/4 c chopped fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp. finely chopped red onion
2 tsp grated lemon peel
1 c cooked crab meat (or use 1 can well drained crab meat)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cucumber into slices. Beat cream cheese on low speed until creamy. Beat in mayo until blended. Stir in last 4 ingredients. Spread about 1 tsp mixture on each cucumber slice. Garnish with basil leaves.

Note: English cucumbers have smaller seeds and thinner skins that don't require peeling.
