1 can barbecued beef
large can of white chicken breast
1 can lima beans
1 can diced potatoes
1 can stewed (or diced) tomatoes
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernet corn
1 can tomato sauce
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon of Worchestershire sauce
Cavendars Greek Seasoning to taste ( I usually sprinkle liberally over the top)

Open all the cans, do not drain anything, stir them all together, add seasonings.

This is Fred's FAVORITE! and so easy! I try to keep these cans on hand all the time because it is so fast and easy! Great with cornbread:)
