1 9-inch Pie Crust Pastry
1 stack of Ritz Crackers
2 Cups Water
2 Cups Sugar
2 Teaspoons Cream of Tartar
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
Butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Put crackers into pot. Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil. DO NOT STIR. Boil for 2 minutes. Carefully pour into a pie shell. Dot generously with butter and sprinkle top with cinnamon. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 425º F.
