2 tbs tastee wheat or semolina
1/2 tin condensed milk 200g
1/2 tsp elachee powder
1 cup flour
1tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbs ghee
1/4 tsp ground fine elachee
Desiccated coconut

Directions:
Directions:

Add flour nutmeg and elachee and mix well.Slowly add condensed milk until a soft dough forms

Roll into length of forefinger.
Shape and deep fry on medium heat and set aside to cool.
Meanwhile prepare syrup witch 1.25 cups of sugar and 1.5 cups water and 1/2 tsp rose water. Heat until sticky then remove from plate.

Dip in hot syrup and desiccated coconut .
