Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Canola oil for frying
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1-2 cups Italian panko bread crumbs (can use plain panko crumbs and season yourself)
1/2 cup shredded fresh parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 (25 oz).pkg frozen cheese-filled ravioli, THAWED
1 1/2 cup (or 2 small jars) of your favorite pizza sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1) Heat 1 inch of cooking oil to 360 degrees in a deep pan or cast iron skillet.
2) Place each thawed ravioli into the egg and then into the bread crumb mixture, pressing the crumbs into the ravioli. Lay onto a piece of wax paper while preparing more ravioli.
3) Place 4-8 ravioli into the hot oil, and flip over carefully after 20 seconds (or when first side is golden brown). Take out of the oil once 2nd side is light brown and place on plate with paper towels to drain (approx.40 seconds, total time in oil).
4) Heat the pizza sauce, and dip the ravioli into the sauce. Yummm!

Personal Notes:
One bag of ravioli will make approx 40 or more toasted ravioli, so it would feed approx 10 people as an appetizer if there are other appetizers as well. This will go fast! So delicious...
