1 box spaghetti
2 to 3 lbs stewing beef
2 to 3 lb brisket
oil, salt, pepper
mushrooms
oregano
tomato paste
tomatoes
tomato juice
green and red peppers
celery
onions, garlic
cheese for top of spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
In a pan with your oil brown the onions, celery, garlic and peppers. Cut stewing beef and brisket into 1 inch cubes. Cook for one hour then put in your tomato paste, mushrooms, one large can tomato juice, one tin tomatoes, one cup of vino. Simmer for 3 to 4 hours. Crush chillies on top of the spaghetti.
