½ Cup Sugar
1 T Vanilla
½ tsp Cream of Tarter
½ Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Egg
½ tsp Baking Soda
¾ Cup Butter
½ Cup Oiil
2½ Cups Flour
¼ tsp Salt
1 tsp Butter Extract

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugars and butter until creamy then add oil and then egg. After well blended, add dry ingredients. Mix well. Roll into a ball and cover, refrigerate for 1 hour. Roll out and Cut.
Bake at 350º for 5-7 minutes. They will not be brown
Cool completely

1 lb Powdered Sugar
1 Cup Crisco Shortening
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Butter Extract
2-3 T water

Cream the sugar cream cheese and crisco until smooth. Add vanilla, butter extract and water. Mix well
