Ingredients: Two (2) Cup Chunky Peanut butter Three (3) cubes Margarine, room temperature (¾ lb.) Two (2) lbs Powdered Sugar 24-30 oz. of Semi-Sweet Chocolate chips ⅓ stick of Paraffin wax

Directions: |
Directions:Add peanut butter to large mixing bowl. Add in Margarine. Divide powdered sugar in half and add first half to peanut butter mix. Combine the peanut butter mixture and powdered sugar. Add in remainder of sugar to the bowl and mix well. Roll into balls and place on foil lined cookie sheet. Insert round toothpick into each ball and then freeze for at least 1 hour, longer is OK.
Using a double boiler melt paraffin wax. Add Chocolate chips to the wax, stirring until melted. Turn pan on side to provide a well. Using toothpick dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate until ¾ covered. Place back on the baking sheet. Return to freezer or place in the refrigerator until set. Once set remove toothpicks, place in a candy dish and Enjoy! |

Notes: Depending on the size of balls that are rolled will determine the amount of chocolate chips. Less than 100 will need the smaller amount of 24 oz. Over 100 will need 30 oz. (Melted chocolate is never wasted).
