1 stick of butter room temperature
5 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 heaping tbs flour
1 1/2 cup milk
1 cap full Mexican vanilla

Mix ingredients and pour into pie shell. There will be extra filling (pour additional in oven safe bowl there is Not enough for second pie). Cook at 325 º for one hour or until golden brown on top.
