1 lb of pork legs
1 teaspoon of salt
2 cups of water
1 packet of sazon con achiote
1 can of chickpeas
2 ounces of chopped smoked ham
1/3 cup of tomato sauce
1 can tomato sauce
2 tablespoons of sofrito
2 peeled and quartered potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Split the pork legs into pieces, put them in a pressure cooker with water, and cook for 2 hours to soften them.
In a large pot add a tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the sauce for about 2 minutes, then add the legs, chickpeas, potatoes, tomato sauce, seasonings, and water. Cook over low heat until the potatoes are tender.
