8 cups of finely shredded chopped cabbage (or buy the bag)
¼ cup shredded carrot (or buy the big bag of cabbage with the carrots)
2 TBSP minced onions (use the grader and include the juice)
⅓cup granulated sugar
½ tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper
¼ cup milk
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup buttermilk
1 ½ TBSP white vinegar
2 ½ TBSP lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine the sugar, salt, pepper, milk, mayonnaise, buttermilk, vinegar, and lemon juice, and beat until smooth.
2. Combine cabbage, carrots, and onions in a large bowl.
3. Mix the dressing with the cabbage mixture. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
