6 oz. non-dairy powdered creamer
10 c. Instant non-fat dry milk
1 1/2 instant malted milk powder
1 lb confectioner’s sugar
1 3/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions:
To make hot cocoa mix: Sift ingredients together into a large bowl. Store in an airtight container.
To make hot cocoa: put 1/3 cup of cocoa mix into a mug. Add 3/4 cup of boiling water and stir.
