1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg Knox unflavored gelatin
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup diced celery
1 cup chopped green onion or scallions
1 (6 oz) can crabmeat

Directions:
Directions:
Heat cream of mushroom soup. Add gelatin and dissolve in soup. Set aside to slightly cool.
In separate bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, diced celery, chopped green onions, and crabmeat.
Turn into mushroom soup mixture and blend together.
Pour mixture into 5 1/2 cup (large) mold, or two small molds. Use seafood shaped mold, preferably.
Refrigerate for several hours until firmly set.
Unmold onto platter and surround with crackers of your choice.
Decorate with olive for eye, slivered almonds for scales.
