A Cancer Prevention Delightful Dip

4-6 bunches of bright leafy Kale
1/2 cup olive oil or Avocado oil ( I used a mix of both)
1 large lemon juice and pulp
1 med avocado (not large so that the kale shines thru)
1 tsp. sea salt (scant)
pinch of white pepper ( optional)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients together in food processor, blend until creamy.
It's great with toast and veggies.
Lemon is a great blood cleanser.
Kale has Vitamins A, C, K which helps manage blood sugar levels. Of course, kale is loaded with fibre, and olive oil is essential for the heart.

Kale is a great cancer prevention vegetable, so are all the cruciferous vegetables like cauliflower, broccoli, bok choy.

Lemon is a great blood cleanser.
Kale has Vitamins A, C, K which helps manage blood sugar levels
and of course, kale is loaded with fibre, and olive oil is essential for the heart.
I added the avocado for creaminess and it lowers the LDL (bad) cholesterol levels.
