4 boneless pork chops
1 can beef gravy
1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
1 egg
flour
salt and pepper,
cooking oil.

Directions:
Directions:
Trim all fat from chops and pound until thin. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour, dip in egg which has been beaten with a little water, dredge in flour again. Cook in a small amount of oil in heavy frying pan over medium heat until brown on both sides. Remove from pan and keep warm. Saute mushrooms in remaining oil in frying pan. Add gravy and heat. Serve chops topped with gravy and mushrooms.
