2-Lb. Sausage
2-Lb. Frozen hash brown potatoes
8-12 eggs beaten with 1/4-C Water Or Milk
2-C Grated Cheese


Directions:
Directions:
Over a full bed of hot coals fry and crumble the sausage. Place sausage on paper towels to drain. Using the oil left over from cooking the sausage brown the hash brown potatoes and spread them out on the bottom of the Dutch oven. Place the cooked sausage over the potatoes. Pour the eggs over the sausage layer. Sprinkle top with the cheese.
Cook with 8 charcoal on the bottom and 16 on top for 20 to 25 minutes or until the eggs are firm and the cheese is bubbling and starting to turn brown.
